The process is unique to each client but typically includes the following steps:

  1. Specific issues and objectives are identified during initial meeting.
  2. Diagnostic tools may be utilized to gain objective insight:
    360 Degree Feedback
    Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator
  3. An action plan is jointly developed.
  4. Coach supports client weekly, in person or on the phone, to:
    Clarify issues
    Identify desired outcomes
    Overcome obstacles
    Create viable options for meeting objectives
    Determine weekly, actionable steps toward achieving goals
  5. Results are analyzed and processed on an ongoing basis.
  6. Reassessment takes place after initial three-month period.
